These terms apply to purchases from Dog Tag Apparel Co., a brand of Dog Tag Printworks LLC. By placing an order, you agree to the product details, price, shipping charges, and policies shown at checkout.

Orders and product details

Please check sizes, colors, quantities, spelling, uploaded artwork, and delivery details before submitting an order. Screen colors and printed colors can vary slightly. We may contact you to clarify a custom request before production.

Custom artwork

For artwork you submit, you confirm that you have permission to use it and authorize us to reproduce it for your order. We may decline a request that we cannot produce or that appears to infringe someone else’s rights, and we will refund any payment for an order we decline before fulfillment.

Prices, payment, and fulfillment

Prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Shipping and pickup options depend on the order and address. We will contact you if we cannot fulfill an order or meet a stated shipping time and will provide the options and refunds required by applicable law.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are typically ready to ship within 3–5 business days. Some catalog apparel is made and shipped directly by our production partners within the United States. Partner-fulfilled apparel has an estimated additional 3–7 business days in carrier transit, for an estimated total of 6–12 business days. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Returns and order issues

Our Refund and Return Policy explains made-to-order returns and how we handle damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please contact us directly so we can address an order issue.
