Dog Tag Apparel is a brand of Dog Tag Printworks LLC, based in Bixby, Oklahoma. Custom T-shirt printing and design are our main focus, alongside a signature collection of original designs. Our printed apparel is made to order.

How orders are fulfilled
Some catalog apparel is made and shipped directly by our production partners within the United States. Our business is based in Bixby, but not every order ships from Bixby. The typical preparation time for partner-fulfilled apparel is 3–5 business days, followed by an estimated 3–7 business days in US carrier transit. Allow an estimated 6–12 business days in total for partner-fulfilled apparel. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Dog Tag Apparel is your contact for order questions, delivery issues, replacements, and refunds, including orders fulfilled by our production partners.
Shipping options and charges
Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. The current United States shipping zone offers flat-rate shipping of $7.95 before any applicable tax. Free shipping is available when the qualifying order amount reaches $75 after discounts.
Expedited shipping
Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge. Contact us before placing your order to confirm availability for your products and destination, the additional shipping charge, and the estimated delivery date. Faster shipping does not automatically shorten production time; confirm any production deadline with us separately.
No minimum order and next-day service
There is no minimum order. Next-day service is available for local orders only; contact us to confirm availability for your order. Next-day service refers to production or service timing, not a guarantee of next-day carrier delivery.
Production and delivery
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, orders are typically ready to ship within 3–5 business days. This is preparation time before shipping; carrier delivery time is additional and varies by destination. For custom work, larger group orders, or an event deadline, contact us to discuss timing before placing your order.
Free local pickup
Select local pickup at checkout when it is available for your order. There is no pickup fee. Contact us to arrange pickup and wait for confirmation that your order is ready before heading over.
